The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth Classes

Our Natural Childbirth Class teaches you how to work with your body during labor.
Using natural abdominal breathing, massage and relaxation techniques, you can achieve freedom from                             
tension and pain. Learn how to relax fully while your coach monitors contractions; learn the
terminology to be able to effectively communicate with your birth team; learn the different stages of
labor, before and after delivery. Our natural, holistic approach to childbirth prepares you with a      
complete understanding of normal pregnancy, labor and birth. We will give you the tools you need
through videos, educational workbooks, and hands-on exercises. Our Academy-Certified Instructor
takes you step-by-step through every scenario including emergency situations.

Childbirth is a natural process, and you can deliver your precious baby naturally.

NFS is closed during the holiday weeks of:

Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas

2007-2008 Natural Childbirth Class Schedule

October 14, 2007	Sunday 6:30 PM	Classes should be started when you are about 6 months pregnant so that you can ensure you will complete the class before you go into labor.
January 7, 2008	Sunday 6:30 PM
March 30, 2008	Sunday 6:30 PM
Private Classes Always Available	$400 per couple

Class dates may be changed or cancelled due to low enrollment.

        $250 per couple for 12-class series

      $35 for Student workbook and materials not included in cost of tuition.

      $50 deposit required first night of class, payment in full is due by the 6th class.
